If you are going to take up employment with a company in the USA, and you are not a citizen or a lawful permanent resident (LPR), you may have to apply for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) to prove you may work in the United States.

Check with your employer that they have the necessary documentation to allow you to work for them.
